A CLEAR PATH, AT YOUR PACE

From first conversation
to your next chapter.

Your project may involve one service or several. Here is how we turn your goals into a practical, collaborative plan.

01

THE CONVERSATION

Tell us about the book.

We begin with your genre, manuscript stage, intended readers, and priorities. Share the challenges you want help with and any timing constraints. You do not need to send a full manuscript in your first enquiry.

02

THE PROPOSAL

Agree on the work ahead.

The proposed scope should explain services, deliverables, fees, payment stages, responsibilities, revisions, and the estimated schedule. Ask questions and resolve assumptions before commissioning the work.

03

THE COLLABORATION

Give the book focused attention.

The agreed editorial, design, or marketing work takes place in stages. Feedback is most useful when it is consolidated and tied to the agreed direction. Changes to the brief may require a revised scope or schedule.

04

THE REVIEW

Make the final decisions.

Review the relevant manuscript, layouts, cover files, or campaign materials. This is the time to confirm names, dates, book details, content, and format requirements before approving production or use.

05

THE NEXT CHAPTER

Prepare for release and beyond.

Depending on your scope, we help prepare publishing steps, hand over the agreed files, or support planned promotion. Third-party review and processing times remain outside the project team’s direct control.

A FEW HELPFUL ANSWERS

Before we begin.

Can I start with just one service?

Yes. A focused service can be scoped on its own. If the book later needs another kind of support, it can be discussed as a separate stage.

How are costs and schedules decided?

The manuscript length, service depth, formats, creative requirements, and review rounds affect the scope. A written proposal should set out the cost and expected schedule before work begins.

What if my project changes direction?

Raise the change as early as possible. Any impact on deliverables, cost, or timing should be discussed and agreed in writing before the additional work proceeds.

Where can I read your policies?

Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy are linked in the footer. Your written project agreement confirms the scope, fees, and terms before paid work begins.
